In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pak361" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at pak361.net, including all games, features, promotions, and associated services made available to registered users.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of pak361, the entity holding the applicable international gaming licence under which pak361 operates.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on pak361 or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by You on pak361, through which You access games, place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals.

• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of Your PKR Balance comprising deposited and withdrawn-eligible funds, excluding bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, together with any supplemental rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform.

By accessing pak361, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the Platform, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with pak361's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific supplemental rules.

If You do not accept these Terms, You must not register an Account or access the Services. Continued use of pak361 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms apply to all use of pak361, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device or interface through which the Platform is made available.

To be eligible to register and use pak361, You must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout Your use of the Platform:

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of pak361, or an immediate family member of such a person, in respect of any games or promotions operated by pak361;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from pak361;
• You are registering with accurate, current, and complete personal information.

pak361 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming Your eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pak361 will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account on pak361. Duplicate accounts — whether held under the same identity, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — are strictly prohibited. pak361 may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and void any winnings associated with them.

When registering Your Account, You must provide accurate and truthful information in all required fields, including Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update Your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your login details with any third party. pak361 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to Your Account where You have failed to maintain adequate security over Your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for Your pak361 Account that is not used for any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — pak361 strongly recommends this for all Accounts.
• Contact pak361 support immediately if You suspect Your Account has been accessed without Your authorisation.
• Do not access Your Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without additional personal security measures.

pak361 reserves the right to verify Your identity at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

pak361 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges applied by pak361 to PKR transactions, though Your payment provider may apply its own charges.

pak361 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each payment method are displayed within Your Account at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on pak361:

• Own-name payments only: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in Your own name. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as Your pak361 Account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals of deposited funds may be requested at any time subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within 1–3 banking business days. Card and crypto withdrawal timelines are subject to the relevant network processing times.
• Withdrawal verification: pak361 may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds PKR 100,000 or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• No chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a pak361 deposit is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery of any associated funds or winnings.

pak361 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation.

pak361 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sportsbook promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all pak361 promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. pak361 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus Funds amount unless otherwise specified.
• Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages are published within each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet Wagering Requirements at the end of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• pak361 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any associated Bonus Funds and unmet Wagering Requirements will be removed from Your Account.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including through coordinated play, the use of multiple Accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to artificially meet Wagering Requirements — is a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

All games available on pak361 — including slots, live dealer games, table games such as Blackjack MH and Joker Poker, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with published rules specific to each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

pak361's games are provided by licensed game suppliers whose software is independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are published and accessible within each game interface. pak361 does not alter game outcomes, RTP settings, or house edge parameters outside the published certified configurations.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnections, software errors, or display faults — the outcome recorded in pak361's server logs will be treated as the definitive record. Where a malfunction results in an indeterminate game outcome, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak361. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification;
• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pak361 games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using insider information to place bets on sports events in breach of applicable sports integrity rules;
• Exploiting software errors, misconfigured odds, or bonus terms in a systematic manner that pak361 reasonably determines to constitute abuse;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to pak361;
• Using pak361 to launder money, fund terrorism, or engage in any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation;
• Accessing pak361 from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited and where You have deliberately used technical means (including VPNs or proxies) to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour towards pak361 staff or other Players.

pak361 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pak361 will take action proportionate to the severity of the breach, up to and including permanent Account closure and civil or criminal referral.

pak361 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as entertainment only and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. pak361 actively promotes responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and can be accessed directly from Your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for Your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant You any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software;
• Use pak361's trade marks, logos, or branding in any way without Our prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of pak361's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and civil legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak361's total aggregate liability to You in connection with Your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by You to Your pak361 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak361 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not pak361 has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses;
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by events outside pak361's reasonable control, including network outages, regulatory actions, force majeure events, or third-party system failures;
• Losses arising from Your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by local law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pak361's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pak361 collects, stores, and processes Your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an Account, You consent to the collection and processing of Your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak361 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: Account registration and verification, identity and age verification (KYC), payment processing and fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and regulatory reporting obligations under applicable gaming licence conditions.

pak361 does not sell Your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: licensed KYC and payment processing partners, game software suppliers operating under data processing agreements, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed in the document header above. It is Your responsibility to check the Terms periodically. Continued use of pak361 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the amended Terms. If You do not accept the amended Terms, You must close Your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak361 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between You and pak361, You should first contact pak361's customer support team, providing full details of the nature of the dispute and the outcome You are seeking. pak361 will acknowledge Your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 72 hours of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pak361's support team within a reasonable time, You may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified under pak361's gaming licence. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class action or collective claims against pak361 are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
